1. General Provisions
  1. This Policy applies to all subscription-based software products and Services offered by Aetram Infotech, whether accessed via the Company's website, platform, or any associated interfaces.
  2. The Services are provided on a strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable basis. Upon successful completion of a subscription purchase, the transaction shall be deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable.
2. Non-Cancellation Clause
  1. Subscriptions to the Company’s Services are non-cancellable once the payment has been successfully processed.
  2. Users shall not be entitled to cancel their subscription or receive any credit, compensation, or offset for partial usage, dissatisfaction, or any other reason whatsoever.
  3. No exception to this clause shall be granted, except as may be required under applicable statutory rights explicitly granted under Indian law, and only to the extent that such rights are non-waivable.
3. Non-Refundability Clause
  1. All amounts paid towards subscriptions are non-refundable, irrespective of:
    • User's usage levels or lack thereof,
    • Technical issues not attributable to the Company,
    • Changes in business circumstances or personal preferences,
    • Incompatibility with the User’s systems, expectations, or requirements.
  2. The Company disclaims any liability or obligation to provide partial or full refunds, rebates, or alternative compensatory remedies once payment has been received and Services have been provisioned.
4. Auto-Renewals and Billing Responsibility
  1. Where applicable, subscription plans may be subject to automatic renewal based on the term selected (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly), unless explicitly cancelled prior to the renewal date through the User’s account dashboard.
  2. Users are solely responsible for reviewing their billing cycles and subscription status and ensuring that any automatic renewals are cancelled in accordance with the timelines prescribed on the platform.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any charges arising from the User’s failure to cancel auto-renewals in a timely manner.
5. Force Majeure and Exceptions
  1. No refund or cancellation rights shall arise in the event of non-performance or interruption of Services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
  2. Any discretionary exception to this Policy must be authorized in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Company and shall not constitute a waiver of the Policy in general or create any precedent.
6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or disagreements concerning this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set forth in the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Policy at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated version on its platform. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
